“Unfortunately my home flooded again and needed reconstruction Again; however I was fortunate enough to be able to stay at this place again - my second home in the city. And once again they made one of the worst times in my life one of the best, easiest, peaceful times of my life. I still believe this is the Best hotel in the city! It's beautiful, it's safe, it's extremely clean, it's in a fun location, they provide everything you could ever need and the staff are the absolute BEST - they all act like they own the hotel and treat it as such. They take such pride in their work & in their guests - be it for short-term or long-term stays. The cleaning staff is outstanding and so gracious. There's so many details that I could list but I could be here all day - you just have to stay there and experience it yourself one time and then you willl never want to stay anywhere else in the city. Thank you again to Rick, Adam, the extremely talented Paul, Loretta and of course the lovely Zoe who was so sweet to ask about my reconstruction every single night when I returned and took an genuine interest in what I was going through.
